3. Transportation: Buy deposit metro card could be the best way to save your money.
4. Money exchange:
-1. Bank in airport: Foreigner money to TWD will charge 30NTD commission, from TWD to foreigner money will charge 100NTD commission.
-2. Bank in Taipei City: No commission. You could compare the rate in different bank, the bigger bank could get better rate. Normally, banks open 9am-3:30pm.
-3. Hotel: Exchange rate could be worse than bank.
-4. ATM: Could be the best way to get TWD.
