Did tour a Philippine family of 5 people, including 3 kids, to Sky Latern Festival in PingXi/ ShiFen, it was an unforgettable experience, with extremely crowded train, crowded food street, finally they did have their very first time to write their wish on Sky Latern, later see it fly to the sky, they are very lucky family, visit Taiwan in the right time, to join this international event with us. :)
