Goal Flow report:
- visualize the path of visitor navigate to your goal
- understand whether use complete targeted objectives
> You could find answer for:
  - Are there a lot of unexpected exits from a step in the middle of my conversion funnel?
  - Do users usually start my conversion process from the first step or somewhere in the middle?
  - Is there a place in my funnel where traffic loops back to the beginning of the conversion process to start over?
 - Are there any steps in my conversion funnel that don't perform well on mobile devices compared to desktop devices?

Setup goal flow report:
> must setup at least 1 goal for website/app conversion
> more than 1 funnel will make report more valuable, to preced the goal completion
  > set up pages as a funnel step in the Goal settings.
> Report > Conversion > Goal > Goal Flow
> each green box(nodes), represents 1 of the funnel steps, you created for your goal
> the final node is the Goal
> click node will show % of user who entered through funnel step or exit
  > if drop off % is high > need to improve this step, technical or confusing
> click node, show: Highlight Traffic Through here: identify where ppl may have difficult to convert process
  > example: many ppl go back to payment detail, when they were in checkout process
             > if this is abnormal > investigate if there is a better way to streamline billing process
> click node, show: group details
  > show you which page is categorized as part of funnel step > ensure you have set up your funnel correctly?
  > if page listed don't belong, make correction
> click table dimension > useful to analyze conversion process, if varies by device? location? traffic channel?
