Filter can:
1/ exclude data
2/ include data
3/ change data:
 - lowercase
 - uppercase
 - advanced: remove, replace, combine fields

ex.
1/ exclude employees data/IP address in customer data report view.
2/ uppercase or lowercase of letters, could result all in report, just filter lower case if you requested

Filter Field: geography...etc
> condition/rule: If condition = true > Google Analytic take action
> choose the action
> filter only active on the date of creation

Filter type:
1/ predefined
2/ custom

Filter order matters:
it is important to plan first, before start use filter.
